"At the 79th regular meeting of the ACTMB [Angeles City Traffic Management Board], the experimental re-routing of traffic in and around the so-called Korean Town was one of the main topics. Here is the traffic scheme that will be effective within this week [by July 15] from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm." per Mr. Marco Nepomuceno
